Prep comes first
Humidity, sun and coastal air are hard on paint. We clean, repair and prime surfaces so the finish holds up, and we flag damaged wood or drywall before painting over it.
After foundation or water damage
Foundation movement and leaks leave cracked drywall and stained ceilings. We repair the damage and repaint so the room looks finished. See Foundation Repair.
